BOXING FITNESS

Our Boxing Fit classes include a variety of bag work, mitt work, shadow boxing, and footwork. You will also go through a variety of core, cardio, and strength exercises. You will gain strength, hand-eye coordination, endurance, and confidence in a full body workout.

CARDIO KICK

Cardio Kick is a group fitness class that combines boxing techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.

DANCE & TONE

Dance & Tone is an exercise that engages the entire body as well as the mind. Learning and remembering choreography keeps your brain active while constant movement addresses your heart, circulation, balance, muscles and joints. Dancing kills calories, and it is fun to boot! It's great exercise for both men and women.

HIIT FITNESS

Our HIIT Fitness class features varying intervals of intense cardio and/or strength exercises paired with active recovery. In this HIIT workout, you will increase your heart rate while improving your strength, boost your power and endurance, and work your entire body with challenging moves.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Our Strength and Conditioning class is designed to increase physical strength and endurance through weight-bearing and resistance exercise. We will use multiple types of equipment including dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, suspension trainers, and more - all to build strength, tone muscle, shed fat, burn calories!
