We offer a variety of classes and most of them can be done with the whole family! Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels and can always be modified if need be.

Great place for a fun and exhilarating workout whether you are 8 or 60+.. I’ve met a lot of awesome people too.. Jace is an excellent trainer for beginners and all skill levels.. once you start.. it’s hard not to be addicted to this boxing fit workout.. love it!
